Many clients include executives, professionals, entrepreneurs, students, who are experiencing anxiety, stress and dissatisfaction. I also work with individuals and couples, who are struggling to balance their personal and professional lives, which may create duress in their relationships at work and home. These feelings may come from having ambivalence about their career or work. Or when career goals can create discord with personal goals. The challenges we address can either be present-day changes/difficulties to generally working/living life more fully with greater ease and serenity.

As a counselor, I often use my training and skills as a NLP coach. Together we create a plan for their desired goals and outcomes. We work on using practical tools to alleviate stress and connect with their inner wisdom. We explore how ART in Life can create the work-life balance they are seeking. Through this process you may come to:

  • Develop skills to deal with and manage stress/anxiety
  • Identify dynamics and patterns that create blocks
  • Experience greater sense of ease with transitions
  • Cultivate awareness for work-life balance
  • Discover new choices and possibilities

With many counseling/coaching clients some areas in particular we explore are:

  • Fear
  • Loss
  • Finances
  • Anxiety
  • Self-esteem
  • Retirement
  • Communication
  • Work-Life Balance
  • Career Transitions
  • Stress Management

Valuable approaches to working with personal and professional issues are that of psychotherapy and clinical counseling. However, in addition, I provide personalized coaching sessions as well. You can learn more about my coaching practice here.
