Group therapy may be an additional choice for you and it may compliment your individual or couples work. After trying other modalities, you may choose to seek group therapy to work on your issues and make positive changes in your life.
Group members can act as a sounding board, help develop your listening and communication skills and broaden your strategies to better manage your issues.
There are two groups at Heart in Balance that I co-facilitate. We are currently interviewing people for both groups.
