Many individual clients are people who are struggling with relationships at work, at home or within themselves. I work with them to create a plan through understanding what ART in Life can mean for them. When working with my clients, I use various somatic exercises and the “here-and-now” process to cultivate awareness, which then allows them to tap into their inner wisdom. We also explore how the integrative tools help them to strengthen their emotional resources. During this therapeutic process and by using the tools, you may come to:

  • Experience a sense of balance internally and externally
  • Identify and manage feelings of trauma, loss and grief
  • Skills to change challenging beliefs and patterns
  • Cultivate open, honest and loving relationships
  • Develop awareness for emotional choices

With many individual clients some areas in particular we work on are:

  • Anxiety
  • Trauma
  • Depression
  • Self-esteem
  • Spirituality
  • Life Balance
  • Grief and Loss
  • Sexual Identity
  • Boundary Issues
  • Stress Management
  • Addiction/Codependency
  • Adult Children of Alcoholics
